Permitted Use

We grant you a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable, worldwide, non-transferable right and licence to use the Site for your personal and/or non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms. All other uses are prohibited without our prior written consent.

User Generated Content

By adding any content to the Site, you have chosen to:

MUSO is under no obligation to offer you any payment for User Generated Content or to attribute authorship of User Generated Content to you.

Copy Right and Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise noted, all materials, including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, video clips, and written and other materials that appear as part of the Site (collectively, the “Contents”) are copyrights, trademarks, trade dress and/or other intellectual properties owned, controlled or licensed by MUSO. The Contents, and the Site, as a whole, are intended solely for personal, non-commercial use by the users of the Site. You may download or copy the Contents and other downloadable materials displayed on the Site for your personal, non-commercial, use only. No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials or software is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading or copying. You may not reproduce (except as noted above), publish, transmit, distribute, display, modify, create derivative works from, sell or participate in any sale of, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, any of the Contents, the Site, or any related software.

The Site contains material, owned by or licensed to MUSO, which is protected by Australian and international laws.

Price and Payment

The price of any Digital Products will be as quoted on our site from time to time, except in cases of obvious error.

1. Our prices are in USD and currencies are automatically exchanged based on your geo-location.
2. Our prices include Australian GST for Australian customers.
3. In a rare event some locations require VAT, our prices do not include any VAT applicable to locations that require VAT, and this will be due on the import of your order along with any applicable duties, inclusive of administrative charges imposed by the carrier/postal service if applicable.
4. Any digital products that are discounted also does not include any VAT applicable to locations that require VAT, and this will be due on the import of your order along with any applicable duties, inclusive of administrative charges imposed by the carrier/postal service.
5. Our site is very straightforward but it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the Digital Products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced. If a Digital Product or Online Service’s correct price is higher than the price stated on our site, we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatching the Product, or reject your order and notify you of such rejection.
6. We are under no obligation to provide the Digital Product or Service to you at the incorrect (lower) price, even after we have sent you a Dispatch Confirmation, if the pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could have reasonably been recognised by you as a mis-pricing.
7. If applicable, your country and our shipping couriers may require Customs ID, TAX ID or equivalent in order for us to ship a product or prize to you. We take online security extremely seriously and will ensure to delete all relevant information once your details have passed to the shipping courier. We will not keep your ID or equivalent in our file, and should you re-order, we will re-ask of your ID or equivalent again.

Refund Policy
